Historic Adaptive Reuse of the Residences at 668 Euclid Building

As the Construction Manager, Cleveland Construction, Inc. successfully completed the historic restoration and adaptive reuse of The Residences at 668 building located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

The project consisted of the rehabilitation of two buildings: an 8-story, 279,000 SF building fronting Euclid Avenue and a 5-story, 150,000 SF building fronting Prospect Avenue. The two buildings are connected by a 2-story, glass-enclosed courtyard.

Space within the buildings was converted into 236 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments equipped with modern amenities and unique floor plans. Each unit includes electric heating, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, maple-finished custom cabinets, porcelain and tile flooring, washer and dryers, and walk-in closets.

In addition to luxury residences, the newly renovated buildings feature 65,000 SF of office and retail space on the first level, a dramatic 8-story atrium, a fitness center, a sports bar, a restaurant, a courtyard and public plaza, and below-grade parking.
