Cleveland Construction provided comprehensive construction management services for the River Trail Terrace renovation project in Harrisonburg, Pennsylvania.

The project involved the renovation of an existing 11-story apartment building consisting of 124 apartments. The scope of work included 95,000 square feet of interior renovations, HVAC upgrades, envelope work, and associated site improvements. The project was undertaken to meet the requirements of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

The interior renovation work included the installation of new finishes, casework, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and light fixtures. HVAC was upgraded to enhance the comfort and energy efficiency of the building. Doors and windows were replaced to improve functionality and aesthetics. Envelope work involved roof replacement and masonry restoration to enhance the building's durability and appearance. Site improvements included repaving, hardscape and landscape enhancements, and the addition of a pavilion, dumpster enclosure, and monument signs.

The project timeline accounted for a phased construction approach to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents throughout the renovation process.
