CTE Classroom Addition at Riverside Campus
Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as the Construction Manager at Risk for a 4,500 square foot classroom addition to the Riverside High School campus. Contracted by Riverside Local Schools, the project supported the district’s Career Technical Education (CTE) curriculum and included the construction of classrooms for Construction Trades and Advanced Manufacturing, along with shared instructional spaces, restrooms, and a utility closet.
The addition’s structural system consisted of load-bearing masonry walls with steel roof joists, metal decking, and slab-on-grade concrete. Exterior features included brick veneer and architectural CMU, with a TPO roof membrane providing durable weather protection and matching the existing school building.
Construction began after the conclusion of the 2024–2025 school year. The new CTE classroom wing was weather-tight by the start of the 2025–2026 school year, with interior finishes completed ahead of schedule. The classroom addition was completed and turned over to the school district on December 31, 2025.
