Springhill Suites Parking Garage

Cleveland Construction, Inc. managed the construction of a new post-tensioned concrete parking garage as part of a new SpringHill Suites hotel in Brentwood, Tennessee.

The three-level garage provides 80 parking spaces and was built beneath the hotel and office components of the project. The structure was designed to support the functional needs of hotel guests, office tenants, and retail visitors.

The garage was constructed using post-tensioned concrete for structural durability and efficient long-span performance. The design supports direct access to the hotel and the 15,000 square foot office building, improving site connectivity and user experience.

Construction of the garage was completed concurrently with the hotel and office building, meeting schedule and coordination goals.
