St. Regis Apartments

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is the Construction Manager for the historic renovation of the St. Regis Apartments in Kansas City, Missouri. Originally built in 1890, this 9-story, 55,900 square-foot, 85-unit apartment building is undergoing a complete interior renovation and exterior rehabilitation.

All 85 apartment units are being completely renovated and reconstructed with new demising walls, finishes, flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms. The historic door frames leading into each apartment unit will be repaired and restored. The unit doors will be replaced, replicating the original doors and match the historic door frames.

The building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing will be completely replaced, and the passenger elevator will be refurbished. The building's current aluminum storefront entrance will also be removed and replaced with a new entry replicating the structure's original appearance.

Renovations to the building exterior include repair and restoration of the existing brick veneer and terra cotta façade and replacing the windows to replicate the original historical style.
