Cleveland Construction, Inc. is constructing a new 48,515 square-foot Walmart Neighborhood Market in Seymour, Tennessee.

Our scope of work focuses on the complete building construction, delivering the building shell, interior and exterior finishes, and all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems.

The project team is also completing the surrounding exterior sidewalks and concrete pads connected directly to the structure.

The interior layout features a full merchandise and grocery sales floor supported by a commercial refrigeration system. Additional interior spaces include a pharmacy with a drive-thru lane, a manager's office, a training room, an employee breakroom, a bakery with a dedicated preparation area, and a deli. The facility also features dedicated grocery pickup areas to accommodate online order fulfillment.
