Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed as the general contractor for the new construction of a 158,000 square-foot Walmart Supercenter #695 located in Madison, Tennessee.
The new supercenter replaced an existing Walmart with a new loading dock addition, a seasonal garden center, and new parking and drive areas.
The existing Walmart building was converted into a parking lot while the existing Sam’s Club fueling facility was reused.
