
Elliot Christiansen is responsible for overseeing all of Cleveland Construction’s operations nationwide. Elliot plays a key role in scaling the company’s capabilities, modernizing project delivery, and expanding into new markets including Florida, North Carolina, and Kentucky.
He provides executive oversight across all phases of construction from preconstruction through warranty. Elliot ensures coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to meet design intent and deliver on our client's expectations.
Elliot’s experience includes hospitality, multi-family, K-12 schools, retail/mixed-use, office, auto dealerships, and industrial projects. His notable work includes the world’s largest Candlewood Suites at Joint Base San Antonio, the Tanger Outlets in Sunbury, Ohio, and a $128M middle/high school complex in Mecklenburg County, Virginia.
He's leading innovation by integrating technologies like Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, OpenSpace, DocuSign, Primavera P6, and GC Pay. He also leads testing software programs utilizing AI tools in collaboration with individual project teams to enhance project delivery. His focus on BIM, VDC, prefabrication, and cloud-based collaboration improves efficiency and transparency across teams.
Elliot is committed to developing future talent. He mentors students through the ACE Mentor Program, serves on Kent State University’s Construction Management Industry Advisory Board, and oversees Cleveland Construction’s internship and Work First High School Student Development programs.
He also served on the board of United Way of Lake County, aligning volunteer efforts to support local communities. Elliot leads with a mindset of continuous improvement, collaboration, and integrity—on every job site and in every relationship.
