Construction Underway on New Hyatt House Hotel in Orlando
Construction is officially underway on the new Hyatt House hotel in Orlando, Florida.
Cleveland Construction has begun earthwork at the site, marking the start of this highly anticipated project. The company has been contracted by GFI Development to manage the construction of the hotel.
The 7-story, 274-room extended-stay hotel will span 170,369 square-feet and offer modern amenities, including an outdoor pool, versatile amenity spaces, and indoor and outdoor bars for hotel guests. Designed to serve both business and leisure travelers, the hotel will offer a comfortable, convenient experience.
Cleveland Construction is overseeing the project as the construction manager, working closely with GFI Development and the project’s design team.
The project is scheduled for completion in the winter of 2027.
