Cleveland Construction, Inc. provided construction management services for a new AC Hotel by Marriott located in Orange Village, Ohio. The AC Hotel is centrally located within the upscale Pinecrest mixed-use development. This boutique hotel is the only hotel located within the development featuring Class A office, retail, and entertainment.
This 5-story, 81,280 SF, European-style hotel features 145 design-savvy guestrooms with sleek furnishings, open closet systems, and hard surfaces. Showcased in a glass façade, the property also includes amenities such as a communal lobby, a multi-functional kitchen, meeting and work areas integrated into the hotel's public spaces, a bar and lounge, and a 24-hour fitness center.
The hotel was entirely constructed atop an existing second-level, post-tensioned podium concrete slab that supports the 4 levels of wood framing that houses the hotel.
