New Metal Building for Best Supply in Fort Myers
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is managing the new construction of a 23,706 square foot storage warehouse for Best Supply in Fort Myers, Florida.
The project includes constructing two new single-story metal buildings, each 30 feet in height, connected by a 4,690-square-foot open breezeway.
This facility will expand Best Supply’s regional distribution capabilities and provide enclosed storage for construction materials.
Cleveland Construction’s scope of work includes all structural, architectural, and MEP systems. Site work includes grading, utilities, and paving to support access and operations.
