New Metal Building for Best Supply in Fort Myers

Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for the new construction of a 23,706 square-foot storage warehouse for Best Supply in Fort Myers, Florida.
The project included constructing two new single-story metal buildings, each 30 feet in height, connected by a 4,690-square-foot open breezeway.
This facility expanded Best Supply’s regional distribution capabilities and provided enclosed storage for construction materials.
Cleveland Construction’s scope of work included all structural, architectural, and MEP systems. Site work included grading, utilities, and paving to support access and operations.
