Cedar Road Parking Garage

Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as the Construction Manager for the Cedar Road Parking Garage, a 5-story, 509-space post-tensioned concrete structure built as part of the Ascent at Top of the Hill mixed-use development in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

The garage was constructed during the first phase of the project and opened to the public while the two adjacent apartment buildings were still under construction. Its early completion provided essential parking for nearby businesses and construction teams.

The garage supports the larger Ascent at Top of the Hill mixed-use development, which includes 261 apartment units, 11,400 square feet of retail space, and 17,923 square feet of amenity space. Cleveland Construction managed the delivery of the garage, overcoming material shortages and labor constraints during the COVID-19 pandemic to keep the project on schedule.
