New BMW & Mini Auto Dealership Construction Profile
After completing the construction for Classic Auto Group’s neighboring Lexus dealership, Cleveland Construction, Inc. was awarded the construction management contract for Classic Auto’s new BMW/MINI dealership in Willoughby Hills, Ohio.
Cleveland Construction commenced construction on the dual dealership in June 2008. The new, state-of-the-art facility is home to BMW and the only MINI dealership in Northeast Ohio. The new facility offers separate sales and service environments for BMW and MINI, a large customer lounge, and an in-door vehicle display area.
The building's service center uses imported wear-resistant German Clinker floor covering and includes 20 service bays with a car wash, pre-detail, and tire and brake areas. The dealership includes an extensive interior and exterior package to distinguish the BMW and MINI brands. The interior finishes included porcelain tile, millwork, plaster finish, and corian tops. The exterior includes large glass and masonry areas, Alucobond aluminum composite material, and wedge sun shade panels to accentuate its dramatic ultra-contemporary design and provide the ultimate customer service and luxury experience.
The dealership was completed in December 2008 and Classic Auto opened its doors for business shortly after.
