Design-Build for New Ford Auto Dealership
Cleveland Construction served as the design-build contractor for the new construction of Classic Auto Group’s Ford Dealership located in Madison, Ohio.
Cleveland Construction’s scope of work included the construction of a new 16,091 SF pre-engineered metal building based on Ford Motor Company’s corporate branding guidelines.
The front of the dealership includes a 4,888 SF vehicle showroom that is able to display up to 3 new vehicles, as well as sales offices, a conference room, and a training room. The rear of the dealership features an 11,203 SF service center for 10 cars, an employee locker and break area, a parts and tool storage room, and a customer lounge/info center.
Cleveland Construction completed the design-build construction of this dealership in 6 months. The dealership opened for business in December 2011.
