Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the construction manager at-risk for the Hilton Garden Inn Florence Cincinnati Airport South in Florence, Kentucky. The new 5-story, 77,292 square-foot hotel includes 123 guestrooms, an outdoor pool, and all the amenities you've expected from the Hilton Garden Inn brand.

The building's structural system was designed and built with a combination of precast concrete, load-bearing cold-formed metal framing, and CMU elevator/stair shafts. This project required ground improvements, including grading, asphalt parking for 129 cars, curb and gutters, and landscaping.

Other amenities included in this hotel include a breakfast buffet, fitness center, bar, co-working spaces, and an outdoor pool and sun deck.
