Construction Manager for New Home2 Suites Universal

Cleveland Construction, Inc. provided construction management services for a 6-story, 76,740 SF Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel located in Orlando, Florida.

The new 122-room, extended-stay hotel features a lobby with a breakfast/gathering area, a fitness center, an open-air exterior pool, guest laundry service, and back-of-house areas. The lobby level contains 9 of the 122 guestrooms, while the remaining guestrooms are split equally on levels 2 through 6. 

The building was constructed on a 4-inch concrete slab with structural steel, 8-inch hollow-core precast concrete plank flooring, and masonry and metal framing. 

Construction of the Home2 Suites on American Way began in June 2017 and was completed in March 2019.
