New 4-Story Custom-Designed Homewood Suites
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is managing the new construction of a 4-story, 98,372 square foot, 128-key Homewood Suites by Hilton in Kissimmee, Florida. The project is a custom-designed hotel that departs from typical Homewood Suites prototypes, offering a unique layout tailored to the site and the Central Florida community.
The hotel’s structure will consist of a precast and masonry block shell and will include 128 guest suites and on-site parking for 128 vehicles. Guest amenities will feature an outdoor swimming pool and extended-stay accommodations, all meeting Hilton brand standards.
Cleveland Construction’s scope of work includes full management of the site development and vertical construction. This includes site demolition, earthwork, underground utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
The building envelope will be completed with GFRC, EIFS, and canopy systems.
Interior and exterior work includes all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with coordination of finishes and brand-specific requirements.
