Cleveland Construction is providing construction management at-risk services for a new 7-story, 274-key, 170,369 SF limited-service extended-stay block and blank structure hotel in Orlando, Florida. 

This 170,369 square-foot project is designed as a modern, limited-service hotel near Universal Studios.

The hotel will feature an outdoor pool, amenity spaces, and indoor and outdoor bars for hotel guests.

From the start, our team collaborated closely with the developer and architect to refine the design, explore value-engineering solutions, and streamline site logistics. We proactively addressed potential construction challenges, secured all necessary permits, and developed a realistic project schedule and budget. By carefully prequalifying our trade contractors, we ensured a skilled and reliable team for every phase of construction.
