Complete 62,000 SF Grocery Interior Remodel

Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as the general contractor for the complete interior remodel of a 62,700 square-foot Kroger supermarket in Steubenville, Ohio.

Cleveland Construction coordinated and managed all aspects of this store remodel, including selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, carpentry, roof repair, joint sealants, doors and hardware, VCT, epoxy flooring, carpet, acoustical ceiling cleaning and replacement, painting, décor upgrades, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing and, electrical.

During construction, the store continued to operate normally. Cleveland Construction worked closely with store personnel and construction teams to minimize inconvenience to customers. 

The entire store was remodeled in 4 phases, each ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. Cleveland Construction created and managed the construction schedule and sequence of events to facilitate the timely completion of the project and minimize the disruption to store operations.
