Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as the Construction Manager at Risk for Riverside Local School Districts construction of a new 4,500 square-foot addition to the Riverside Campus, designed to enhance the school’s Career Technical Education (CTE) curriculum.
The project was funded through a $2.5 million Career Technical Education (CTE) grant from the State of Ohio. In addition, Cleveland Construction collaborated with the school to coordinate $2.5 million in further school improvements, with the scope and budget finalized during the preconstruction phase.
Construction activities commenced after the conclusion of the 2024–2025 school year. The new expansion was dried in by the start of the 2025–2026 school year, with interior finishes and additional improvements completed ahead of schedule. The entire project was fully completed and turned over on December 31, 2025, exceeding the original construction schedule.
