Buick GMC Remodel/Image Upgrade Contractor

Cleveland Construction, Inc. remodeled the Sims Buick GMC auto dealership to enhance the facility's design and image, incorporating new corporate-branded design elements across the interior and exterior.

Cleveland Construction completed the image upgrade in two phases while keeping the facility operational. Phase 1 included construction of the building exterior with installation of a metal panel system, new brand signage, and exterior pavers that provide a nationally consistent identity for Buick and GMC. After completion of the exterior facade, construction began on the interior showroom. The interior was completely remodeled with new flooring, ceiling tiles, lighting, furniture, and fabrics for the showroom, customer lounge, new car delivery, and service center areas. 

Both phases of construction for the Buick/GMC auto dealership were completed in December 2011.
