Cleveland Construction, Inc. is the general contractor for a new Walmart Fuel Station located on the outlot of an existing Walmart Supercenter in Lafayette, Indiana.

The project includes construction of an 10-pump fuel station under a 5,600 SF canopy, 3 underground fuel tanks, and a 1,511 SF wood-framed retail building with EIFS exterior and a PVC roof membrane, complete with convenience sales, refrigerators, restrooms, and storage.

Our team is managing the installation of all fuel station equipment, including piping, underground storage tanks, fuel dispensers, and point-of-sale systems.

Sitework includes landscaping, exterior signage, site lighting, and stormwater management systems to ensure sustainability and compliance.
