Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for the construction of a new Walmart Fuel Station located on the outlot of an existing Walmart Supercenter in Lafayette, Indiana, reaching substantial completion in 102 working days.

The project included the construction of a 10-pump fuel station under a 5,600-square-foot canopy, 3 underground fuel tanks, and a 1,511 square-foot wood-framed retail building with an EIFS exterior and a PVC roof membrane. The retail space features convenience sales, refrigerators, restrooms, and storage.

Our scope of work also included managing the installation of all fuel station equipment, including piping, underground storage tanks, fuel dispensers, and point-of-sale systems.
