Xscape Riverview 14 Theatre
Riverview, Florida
Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the General Contractor for the construction of a new 55,956 square-foot, 14-screen Xscape Theater in Riverview, Florida.
The building was constructed with tilt-up cast-in-place concrete wall panels and includes 14 theaters that feature reclining leather chairs for 1,540 people.
The two main theaters feature 66-foot, wall-to-wall curved screens and a wall-to-ceiling Dolby Atmos surround sound system. In addition to the theaters, the building features a front vestibule leading movie goers into the lobby area that features box office stations, concession stand, and an office with a storage room.
The Xscape Theater was substantially completed in December 2016.
