Construction Manager for the Revitalization of the Historic Carolina Theatre
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is currently providing construction management services for an existing 5-story historic theater, including a 5-story addition to the theater that incorporates a main lobby, concessions, a lounge, and office and event space. The Carolina Theatre opened in 1927 and was once Charlotte’s grand theater. Since its closing in 1978, the building has sat vacant and deteriorating.
