Cleveland Construction, Inc. is the interiors trades contractor working with Hensel Phelps on a new eight-story office building that is an 860,611 square-foot multi-story operation facility. Its facility will include over 3,690 personnel and includes a structured parking facility, utility infrastructure, food service, retail space, multipurpose center, and two pedestrian bridges.
Cleveland Construction’s scope of work consists of cold-formed framing, firestopping, joint sealants, metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and RF shielding.
