Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed as the general contractor for the construction of a new CarMax Auto Superstore #6084 in Bloomington, Illinois.

The project included managing the construction of a new 8,403 square-foot single-story masonry and structural-steel retail building on an approximately 4-acre site. The building included connected sales and service areas, a presentation drive-through, a break room, a customer lounge, a kids' area, a parts room, and restrooms.

Site work included construction of a 152-car sales display asphalt lot, a 76-car staging area with a masonry screened wall, a 59-car customer/employee parking lot, and an above-ground fuel tank.

Construction began in April 2014 and was substantially completed at the end of December 2015. The dealership’s grand opening was in February 2016.
