Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the construction manager for the adaptive reuse of the iconic 18-story BB&T Tower in Asheville, North Carolina.

Renamed the Kimpton Hotel Arras & Residences, the 190,000 square-foot high-rise building was formerly an office that was converted to mixed-use development to include a 128-room Kimpton boutique hotel on floors 1-9 and 54 condominiums on levels 10-19 of the building. The building also includes 2 independent restaurants and retail space.

A new 3-story, post-tension parking garage for 60 vehicles and valet was constructed on the rear of the property.
