Cleveland Construction, Inc. Promotes Kevin Metzger to General Manager of Interior Trades in Maryland (1)

Washington DC – March 1, 2024 - Cleveland Construction, Inc. announces the promotion of Kevin Metzger to General Manager for Interior Specialty Contracting operations at its [Elkridge, Maryland office][1] that serves the Baltimore/Washington, DC region. 

In his new role, Kevin will oversee all Interior Trades operations in the Baltimore/Washington, DC, area, working closely with clients, project managers, and field professionals to ensure the success of all projects. Kevin joined Cleveland Construction in 2002, working his way up from assistant project manager to senior project manager and now General Manager. 

With 30+ years of experience in the construction industry, Kevin has direct expertise in high-end building systems, including interior and exterior framing systems, prefabricated load-bearing construction, plaster, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, specialty ceilings, interior finishes, and fabric wall panels.
