Shining A Light On The Women at Cleveland Construction During Women in Construction Week 2023
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is proud to celebrate the women who contribute to the success of our company and projects during Women in Construction (WIC) Week 2023. From March 6th to March 11th, the company joins the national celebration that honors and promotes women in the construction industry. As part of the celebrations, Cleveland Construction is shining a light on the women who work across our jobsites and offices.
Women in Construction Week is led by The National Association of Women in Construction. This year’s theme for WIC Week is "Many Paths, One Mission." This theme emphasizes the diversity of career opportunities available in the construction industry and the shared mission of promoting the growth and success of the industry. As Cleveland Construction joins the celebrations, the company reaffirms its commitment to recognizing the significant contributions women make to the company’s project and thought the construction industry.
Cleveland Construction is participating in Women in Construction Week 2023 to promote and support women in the construction industry in hopes that other women will consider joining the construction industry. The company values the talents, experiences, and perspectives that women bring to the industry and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.

To kick off Women In ConstructionWeek2023 yesterday, Riley Small, Cleveland Construction's Development Manager, delivered an insightful presentation to students in the Kent State Construction Management, Interior Design, and Architecture programs at Kent State University.
Riley shared her personal experience in the #construction industry and discussed current trends in the market, highlighted the careers available for women, and the role of real estate in early project development.
