Milman-Kover Cancer Pavilion

Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed the interior and exterior trades package for the new Milman-Kover Cancer Pavilion, part of Phase III for the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System’s Brian D. Jellison Cancer Institute in Sarasota, Florida.

Our team subcontracted with Turner Construction to deliver this new 7-story, 220,000 square-foot healthcare expansion.

The pavilion houses a comprehensive suite of oncology services, including outpatient radiation oncology, surgical suites, diagnostic imaging, a new breast health center, and infusion services. The facility also features physician offices and patient support services.

Cleveland Construction’s scope of work included metal stud framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and insulation. Our craft professionals also installed the exterior stucco work essential to the building's envelope.
