Cleveland Construction, Inc. joined City Club Apartments and GBBN Architect to celebrate the groundbreaking of a $90M historic renovation and adaptive reuse of the Fourth & Vine Tower/ Union Central (PNC) Building into a mixed-use City Club Apartments Union Central in Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.
Originally built in 1913, the 380,000 square-foot, 31-story tower is undergoing a complete renovation and conversion to 281 luxury residences with 150 unique floor plans, retail spaces, parking, a rooftop pool, and a garden.
