Cleveland Construction, Inc. welcomes 12 interns who will be joining our Summer Internship Program at our Mentor, Charlotte, and Cincinnati offices for the next 10 weeks during the Summer of 2023. These interns will be working in various positions such as Project Management, Field, Interiors, Estimating, and Corporate Support.
Each intern will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout their time with us, assisting them with their tasks and explaining higher-level concepts. As part of their experience, interns will prepare final presentations showcasing their learnings, with the top three winners receiving a college scholarship totaling $10,000.
During the 10-Week Summer Internship, interns will gain valuable insights into Cleveland Construction values, construction management processes, quality management, and safety practices. Interns will have the opportunity to work on current projects, both on the jobsite and in the office, acquiring hands-on experience. Weekly training sessions tailored to maximize their understanding of the construction industry will further increase their education as apart of our Make It True® University Training Program.
