Peachtree Hotel Group has selected Cleveland Construction, Inc. for the construction of a new Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. The new 5-story, 100,253 square foot extended-stay hotel that will include 134 units and an outdoor pool for guests.
The hotel construction will consist of a structural system with a combination of precast concrete, load-bearing CMU walls and steel framing. Ground improvements are required as part of this project.
The extended-stay hotel will feature a first-level lobby with guest amenities including a lodge with a breakfast pantry, fitness center, meeting room, business center, hospitality offices and an outdoor pool with brick clad screening.
Our team will begin the 18-month construction duration in August 2020.
