Cleveland Construction, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Mike Sikovsek to the position of General Superintendent.

Mike joined the company in 2020 and has since demonstrated exceptional management skills in overseeing field operations, most recently on completing the new $128 million Mecklenburg County Middle/High School project in Baskerville, Virginia – the company’s largest ever contract.

In his new role, Mike will oversee the field staff for Cleveland Construction's National Operations, which includes projects in Plainfield, Indiana, Lexington, Kentucky, Florence, Kentucky, Rome, Georgia, and Baskerville, Virginia.

Mike's responsibilities include training and developing the field managers and ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. His extensive experience in the construction industry and his commitment to excellence make him the perfect candidate for this exciting new role.

I have had the privilege of witnessing Mike's outstanding performance for several years, and have received nothing but glowing feedback from trade partners. Mike's exceptional commitment, performance, and professionalism have been a valuable asset to Cleveland Construction, as evidenced by his successful management of our largest construction project to date. In his new role as General Superintendent, Mike will bring his wealth of experience and expertise to our field managers, leading the charge in our National Field Operations. Best of luck, Mike, and we eagerly look forward to the success you will bring to the company.
