Cleveland Construction, Inc. will host a Pre-Bid Event for the Core & Shell bid packages of the 100 North Main redevelopment project on Thursday, June 20th, at 11:30 AM CDT via videoconference.
During this videoconference pre-bid review, our team will:
- Walk through the bid packages
- Demonstrate how to access project documents
- Review the logistics plan and milestone schedule
- Provide an overview of the project’s equal opportunity business plan
- Explain how to complete the bid submission form
- Review of the 100 North Main Outreach Inclusion Plan
- This session is designed to assist contractors in preparing and submitting their bids effectively. We encourage all interested trade contractors to attend.
