Cleveland Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of comprehensive renovations to the First Ward Place Apartments complex in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Our Charlotte office oversaw the renovations to 71 apartments and townhomes, which were completed ahead of schedule.
Our scope included kitchen upgrades, door replacements, new light fixtures, and complete bathroom renovations, bringing the spaces originally built in 1999 up to modern standards.
Exterior upgrades were also made to improve sidewalks and parking to meet accessibility standards. The brick was cleaned, the siding was painted, and the roofing was replaced to enhance aesthetics and structural integrity.
