The new development is located at 1701 East Blvd. in Charlotte's Dilworth neighborhood.

With the completion of the concrete structure for Building A, our construction team’s focus now shifts to the installation of exterior framing and sheathing. This critical step is essential for achieving watertight integrity, allowing the interior finishes to start.
