Project Overview
Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as general contractor for the construction of a new 53,145 SF transportation service center in Rockford, Illinois.
The new facility was constructed on 26-acre site and includes 46,550 SF of warehouse space, 110 truck docks, a 6,595 SF office, and a 2,400 SF fuel island.
The project also includes a large stormwater retention pond and cleared areas for future expansion plans.
