New Hyatt House Destin - Construction Profile

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is the construction manager for a 6-story, 146-guestroom Hyatt House Regatta in Destin, Florida. This hotel will introduce 95,500 s.f. of amenities, including a limited-service kitchen and adjacent breakfast area, a porte cochere, meeting and board rooms, etc. There will also be a pool area limited to guests with gathering areas within and outside of the fenced space.

This project will be primarily supported by load-bearing CMU walls with hollow core concrete floor slabs separating levels. The foundation will be reinforced concrete slab-on-grade.
