Kroger Supermarket Expansion

Project Overview
Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as general contractor for a 20,565 square foot expansion of the Kroger supermarket in Sylvania, Ohio.
The store features an expanded deli and bakery, pharmacy, produce and meat departments. In addition to a wider selection of meat and seafood, the store also offers larger areas for produce, bakery, and floral. The store now includes a pharmacy drive-thru window.
Cleveland Construction, Inc. coordinated all aspects of the project including; sitework, electrical, specialty lighting, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, refrigerated equipment, flooring, and acoustical ceiling. During construction, the store continued 24-hour operations uninterrupted. Cleveland Construction worked closely with store personnel and the construction team to minimize inconvenience to the customer.
This expansion project was completed within a 7-month completion schedule.
