Project Overview

Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for the new construction of a 139,210-square-foot Sam's Club in Apopka, Florida.

Cleveland Construction managed and coordinated site demolition, earthwork, tree removal, and site utilities. The exterior scope of work included concrete paving, roadwork, curbs and sidewalks, and pavement marking. The building scope of work included aluminum-framed storefronts, ceramic tile, wheelchair lifts, ACT ceilings, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Additional scope of work included a 3,500-square-foot fuel station with three fuel tanks and six dispensing pumps. A 200-square-foot kiosk was also constructed under the fuel canopy.
