Cleveland Construction served as the Construction Manager at Risk for Core Spaces, overseeing the renovation of the first-floor lobby at The Verge Apartments, a student housing community near the University of Cincinnati.
This renovation project included updated resident amenities and improved the overall student living experience. The renovation scope included interior demolition and a complete reconfiguration of the space to accommodate modern resident amenities.
Key upgrades featured a new entrance, lobby desk, study lounge, conference rooms, game and coffee lounge, fitness room, mailroom, grab-and-go area, and exterior courtyard improvements.
As the Construction Manager at Risk, our team oversaw contracts, trade partner coordination, quality management, scheduling, safety management, and clear communication with Core Spaces and project stakeholders. The renovated lobby now provides an inviting, functional space designed to meet the needs of student residents.
