Interior Trades for East Campus Building 2
Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed as the interior trades contractor with Clark Construction interior fit-out of East Campus Building 2 (ECB2), a large-scale operations facility designed for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. ECB2 is a new 846,000 square-foot, seven-story operations facility for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
The facility includes command centers, open operations floors and office areas, analyst collaboration areas, multi-purpose conference facilities, a 20,000-square-foot dining facility, 5,500 square-foot fitness center, and retail spaces.
Cleveland Construction's Specific Responsibilities:
- Cold-formed metal framing and sheathing
- Mineral fiber blanket insulation
- Metal framing and drywall
- Acoustic ceilings and sound barrier mullion trim caps
- Partition and column identification
- RF shielding installation
- Rough carpentry
- Board or block insulation
- Fire-stopping and joint sealants
- Interior expansion joint assemblies
- Installation of steel doors and frames, wood doors, and STC doors
- Bullet-resistant board installation
- Door hardware and access doors
