Scope of Work

Interior Trades Contractor for th Four Seasons Private Residences

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is performing the interior trades package  for the new Four Seasons Private Residences in Washington, DC.

We are subcontracted with Walsh Construction for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. This luxury residential development is 270,000 square-feet.

Our team is responsible for the installation of metal stud framing, drywall, drywall finishing, insulation, and acoustical and specialty ceilings designed to meet the high-performance standards of the Four Seasons brand.
