Louisville VA Medical Center Replacement Hospital

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is performing the Interior Trades contractor for the new Louisville VA Replacement Medical Center project located at 4906 Brownsboro Road in Louisville, Kentucky. Our team is contracted with the Walsh-Turner joint venture on behalf of the owner USACE Louisville District. The project is a replacement hospital, spanning an area of 910,115 square-feet with a 1,300-car parking structure, a 42,205 sq. ft. central utility plant, and comprehensive site infrastructure. The development encompasses roadways, sidewalks, and various site improvements across a sizable 34-acre tract of land.

Cleveland Construction's scope of work includes the installation of exterior cold-formed metal framing, exterior sheathing, interior non-structural metal framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, shaft walls, insulation, joint sealants, firestopping, rough carpentry, hollow metal door frame installation, lead-lined drywall, bullet-resistant drywall, acoustical ceilings, wood ceilings/walls, acoustical wall panels, Portland cement plastering, and veneer plastering.
