Interior Trades Contractor for Johns Hopkins University APL Building 28
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is performing the interior trades for Building 28 at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland.
This 400,000 square-foot science and technology building provides specialized infrastructure for research and development. The facility features advanced laboratories, secure mission-critical spaces, and corporate offices. It also includes an auditorium and food service areas to support the campus staff and operations.
Our team is subcontracted with Hensel Phelps to furnish and install the interior trades package. This scope of work includes metal stud framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and insulation. We are also responsible for the installation of acoustical and specialty ceilings, along with glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) components.
