Westcourt Orlando Sports & Entertainment District

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is performing the interior trades for the Westcourt Orlando Sports & Entertainment District in Orlando, Florida.

This 1,000,000 square-foot mixed-use development will serve as a premier destination for sports and entertainment. Once complete, the district will feature a 260-room full-service hotel with 16,000 square-feet of meeting and conference space, 270 residential units, and 200,000 square-feet of Class A office space. The project will also include 125,000 square-feet of retail space and a 3,500-capacity live event venue.

Our team is subcontracted with Turner Construction to furnish and install the interior trades package for the district. Cleveland Construction’s scope of work includes metal stud framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and insulation. We are also installing acoustical and specialty ceilings across the district's various facilities.
