Started in May 2020 amidst unprecedented challenges brought on by the pandemic, labor issues, and material shortages, the Top of the Hill project overcame adversity with the expertise and determination of Cleveland Construction and its trade partners. The development includes 261 luxury apartment units, 11,400 square feet of retail space, and 17,923 square feet of amenity space across two buildings and a 500+ space parking garage.

With multiple structural systems involved in the construction, including cold-formed atop a structural steel podium, wood framing, and post-tensioned concrete, the Top of the Hill project posed significant construction challenges. However, Cleveland Construction's experienced team navigated these challenges with precision and expertise to deliver a stunning finished product.
