We are pleased to announce the start of construction of the new Hyatt House at Regatta Bay in Destin, Florida.
The Hyatt House officially began construction on July 8, 2024.
Located at 4415 Legendary Drive, adjacent to The Gulf and near Destin's downtown. This project, developed for Doradus Partners, marks an exciting opportunity for us to demonstrate our commitment to efficient construction management.
The new Hyatt House will be a six-story, 95,500 square-foot hotel with 146 guestrooms. Constructed with load-bearing CMU walls and concrete floor slabs, it features modern apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Outside amenities include a pool and meeting areas for groups and conferences.
With Cleveland Construction as the construction manager for this project, we will ensure the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship throughout the construction process.
